We're hiring for IT Service Delivery Intern - Rosslyn

As IT Service Delivery Intern, you will be responsible for providing multi-channel IT support and ensuring seamless technology experiences for Corteva employees. You will assist in managing local IT infrastructure, supporting system implementations, and driving user adoption of IT solutions. By resolving technical issues, collaborating on projects, and acting as a super user, you will help deliver efficient, reliable IT services that empower our teams and enhance productivity.
You Will Be Part of Growing Team
You will join a dedicated IT Service team, ensuring reliable technology and support for Corteva employees. Our team manages local infrastructure, drives adoption of IT solutions, and delivers seamless user experiences that keep our business connected and productive.
Your Challenge:
1.As an infrastructure and technology expert they contribute by:
Executing all local IT operational activities: infrastructure, computers, end user computing, telecom etc.
Supporting the delivery of the local field services teams.
Supporting the implementation of IT systems and projects.
Support the implementation of local IT projects.
2. As a builder they contribute by:
Collaborating with employees to understand employee needs and identifying technology solutions that enhance the employee experiences.
Monitoring KPIs and user satisfaction and developing action plans to address areas needing improvements.
Driving the adoption of a multi-channel experience including tools and capabilities around the Service Desk.
Ensuring efficient, effective, and aligned IT operational processes at Corteva.
3. As an operator they contribute by:
Functioning as a super user, carrying out user training, changing management and ensuring regular IT communication at local levels.
Acting as an escalation point and driving issue resolution by managing the interaction across IT teams, internal and external.
Setting up user pc's and handling user queries and being part of the user support team resolving IT tickets.
Execute local IT activities (infrastructure, computer, telecom, end-user computing).
Assist with troubleshooting.
4. Knowledge Management
Create and update knowledge articles and training materials.
Act as a super user for IT communications and change management.
Key Stakeholders and Interactions:
You will work closely with local employees, regional IT operations teams, and global IT support functions. This includes collaborating with field service teams, project managers, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of IT services and solutions.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
Relevant bachelor's degree required
Knowledge of End User Computing environment using Windows based desktops and laptops (Windows 7 and higher) and Apple iOS mobiles.
Industry leading certification like ITIL & PMP and knowledge of ServiceNow tool a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, PowerApps, and mobile computing devices is a plus.
Focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery, with strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness.
Project management is advantageous.
