Corteva Agriscience is looking for an innovative, energetic and transformational IT Product Lead for Salesforce Integration.

The Salesforce Integration IT Product Lead provides product consultation to Corteva's Agile Product teams through collaboration with both business, technology stakeholders and lead the integration of enterprise Salesforce platform with other platforms.

IT Product Leads are directly responsible for helping the business achieve their goals by serving as a critical role in the Product Development Process, bridging business strategy, process, and technology execution.

Primary Responsibilities - What you will do to help us grow!

  • Lead the integration of the enterprise salesforce platform with different external systems like SAP/ERP, Eloqua, data warehouse, custom applications etc.
  • Collaborate with Business stakeholders, Platform Architect, Software Engineer, Global Product Owner to inform and align on requirements.
  • Analyze the information from the source/target system with the Salesforce objects/fields and collaborate to confirm mappings, transformation and/or need of additional data fields.
  • Lead the mapping and requirements discussion with business to confirm data being integrated and discuss additional logic that needs to be handles by integration.
  • Orchestrate the execution of integration scope, schedule, dependencies and cross collaboration within IT and business. Maintain transparency in reporting status, progress, challenges and solutions.
  • Create and maintain mapping documents to support the integration.
  • Collaborate with software engineers through integration development and support.
  • Coordinate/lead user acceptance testing with business to confirm the integrations are working.
  • Own product roadmap for Salesforce integration.
  • Facilitate defining Rolling Roadmap for multiple years along with OKRs and KPIs.
  • Facilitate Quarterly Planning and Business Review.
  • Create user stories for desired solution functionality.
  • Collaborate with IT Infrastructure & Operations to define Release plan.

What expertise have you grown - What you bring to the table!

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field is desired.

Experience

  • 5+ years of Salesforce integration experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce web and mobile capabilities including in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Administration, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, APEX, Force.com, and AppExchange.
  • Previous experience in Azure Service Bus and Azure DevOps is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the application of User Experience (UX) and User Interaction (UI) best practices in website and mobile application design is a plus.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Views ambiguity as opportunity to define and drive business evolution.
  • Ability to easily structure large amounts of complex information within a process framework.
  • Strong communication skills, including primarily conducting business in English while working with global, multicultural, multilanguage and geographically dispersed teams.
