Job Description:

Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity to join North America Supply Chain as a Regional Inventory Specialist supporting our Crop Protection business.  The Regional Inventory Specialist is responsible to develop and/or maintain the reporting tools/dashboards/datasets to support regional inventory health, as well as collaborate with inventory owners to ensure root causes and corrective actions are maintained to improve our inventory health goals. The ideal candidate with be passionate about data/analytics, have strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and have a high level of influential leadership to drive improvements and action resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • NA Regional focal point for maintaining inventory health working files each month, including collaboration with supply chain, commercial and manufacturing representatives to ensure data is reviewed and populated.
  • Navigate multiple datasets (via S/4 Hana, IBP Supply, IBP Demand) and develop into a streamlined tool that can refresh month over month.
  • Data mining to identify changes month over month, deviations from projections and actuals, outliers, inventory health breakdowns, and various other data views.
  • Maintain KPIs to monitor inventory performance.
  • Perform analysis and reporting for regional and global management reviews.
  • Engage with Global Inventory Management Owner to ensure alignment with global work process.
  • Identify, define, and implement continuous improvement initiatives for regional inventory health.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, business, or technical field required. 5+ years of experience in relevant field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and analytical skills are required (strong preference for Alteryx, PowerBI expertise).
  • Experience in SAP MRP2/IBP/ERP technology performing supply chain tasks such as inventory deployment, auditing and management, or Logistics operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills & teamwork. Ability to establish strong networks, relationships and disciplined communication with key stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize work and escalate when help is needed.
  • Innovative mindset; there are opportunities for transformational improvement in this role.
