You have a great opportunity to join our Human Resources team as HR Consultant in Guadalajara (Mexico).
The HR Consultant is responsible for providing HR advice to the business and acting as an advocate for the Core Values. Participates in strategic meetings to identify people implications by responding to changing business/functional needs when necessary.
Activities:
-Plans, develop and coordinates HR initiatives in support of strategic business objectives.
-Provides strategic business partner, service broker and labor/employee relations field services to client group. -Articulates HR program implications, communicates programs and their implications, assists management in implementing changes to HR programs or policies, and supports Directors when there is no Leader in the Region.
-Effectively interprets and communicates the needs of the business group and identifies appropriate solutions based on COE alternatives.
-Coordinates efforts with other HR teams to ensure return on development investments across business groups.
-Maintains awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR management theory and methods and provides appropriate interpretation to staff within the organization.
-Provides coaching to staff leaders and employees and offers support in complex case management (e.g., performance, health and departures).
-Mobilizes resources within the HR team and other areas, as needed, to support effective HR management.
-Collaborates with the Centers of Expertise (COE) for program coordination and/or deployment of HR policies and procedures.
-Contributes to policy development by actively working with HR COEs to ensure effective implementation of programs.
-Acts as an internal consultant analyzing and recommending solutions to HR issues related to the organization.
-Ensure that HR processes with partner groups comply with local legislation (e.g., in a layoff or onboarding situation).
Supports the HR organization in making data-driven decisions.
-Conducts UBIP (Upstanding Behavior Inquiry Process) research to contribute to a positive work environment.
-Supports the development and implementation of I&B and Your Voice actions in the country to improve the work environment.

Experience Needed
-Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
-Six - nine years of professional-level experience in Human Resources.
-Fluency in English is a must.
