Corteva Agriscience is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Lead for our Canada Commercial Unit. This individual will partner closely with commercial leadership on strategic decisions, operating performance, and financial results. Candidate should display ability to clearly articulate financial impacts of business decisions while working collaboratively with business partners to evaluate multiple outcomes. Having an owner's mindset and ability to influence are highly desired for this role.

Primary Responsibilities - What you will do to help us grow!

* Drives financial health for the Commercial Unit.

* Supports business in meeting price, volume, margin, SG&A, and cash targets.

* Identifies risks and opportunities and key actions to mitigate impacts.

* Collaboration with controllership and tax to support the Canada legal entity.

* Ensures controls compliance and ethical standards.

* Responsibility for planning, forecasting, and reporting monthly, quarterly, annual, and multi-year financial forecasts.

* Active business partner to facilitate and improve execution.

* Provides clear and timely financial information to business teams.

* Scenario planning and financial impact analysis.

* Strategic project support on ad hoc basis.

* Act as liaison between Business and all Finance competencies.

* Drive continuous improvement within Finance function.

QualificationsWhat expertise have you grown - What you bring to the table!

* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

* Experience - 5+ years with prior roles in financial analysis.

* Strong FP&A experience.

* Ability to collaborate with and influence business partners.

* Experience with MS Excel.

* SAP experience would be a nice to have.

* Leadership of one team member.

* Strong analytical capabilities.

* Strong communication skills and ability to summarize large amounts of data to key takeaways.

* Strong owner's mindset displaying accountability and driving business results.
