You Will Be Part of the Growing Team

Finance is a Global team tasked with supporting Finance processing requests across various regions.

Our team is comprised of members supporting and providing support to the Finance Team and business across from various regions.

This role supports the monthly management reporting processes for Actual and Outlook, includes.

• BPC Administration of CFIN processes to ensure Corteva Finance Monthly Outlook and Plan activities run smoothly
• Reconciliation of load from IBP system
• Maintaining tables in PVC - Price, Volume, Currency system

The role will be performed within the frame of Corteva' s Brand values:

Job responsibilities          

• Partners with BPC IT on Central Finance FP&A technical processes and troubleshoots issues for Finance end users related to monthly Outlook loads
• Partners with IBP S&OP demand team to ensure daily Crop Protection forecast load is successful; reconcile daily load; communicate discrepancies, if any
• Provides support to Corteva Finance team to ensure Outlook and Plan activities run efficiently
  • Update Process Chain variants monthly for execution of upcoming Outlook cycle
  • Validate Process Chain copy and troubleshoot discrepancies prior to the upcoming Outlook cycle
  • Manage monthly work status locking for both Outlook and Seed Production Cost to prevent further entries after the Outlook cycle
  • Manage annual set-up activities of Outlook categories, Outlook sales seasons and Seed Production Cost Crop Years
• Manage PVC - Price, Volume, Currency reporting system
  • Update monthly PVC scenario tables
  • Coordinate with IT on PVC job scheduling as needed
  • Coordinate annual review of PVC currency and recurring adjustment tables
  • Troubleshoot PVC questions from end-users

To Grow What Matters You Will Need:

• Knowledge of Central Finance, SAP ERP, and IBP for S&OP nice, but not required
• Proficient excel and MS Office skills required
• Advanced excel / HANA Studio / Eclipse skills nice to have, but not required
• Demonstrated skills in technical activities related to IT systems
• Effective written and oral communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills to effectively interface with Function leadership and teams at all levels in the organization
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and get results
• Very responsive, adaptive to new information / events / financial tools / change leadership
