Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for an EH&S Coordinator to join our team. Provide analytical and implementation support in the following areas: safety, contractor safety, occupational health, process safety, fire protection, environmental, distribution, and ergonomics. 

Your challenge:  

• Ensure that associates followed EHS Standards and protocols. 

• Inspect work practices and SOPs to ensure compliance with company and legal regulations. 

• Review and scrutinized all operation, Field and Construction activities to ensure personnel safety and regulatory compliance. 

• Adhere to legal regulations when planning environmentally sound extraction of natural resources. 

• Build successful hygiene standard based on techniques such as atmospheric monitoring and industrial workplace surveys to provide ongoing personal support. 

• Identify accident causes and optimal prevention strategies by conducting through investigations and analysis. 

• Ensure continual improvement of Process Safety Management (PSM) system through predefined process safety leading KPIs according to Dupont Pioneer standards. 

• Supports technical studies / surveys with teams. 

• Support Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies. 

• Support project execution stages such as EHSS assessment stage, project HAZOP studies, pre commissioning/commissioning, PSSR, PSSSR, etc. 

• Support and participate in benchmarking studies and audits to identify process safety gaps and areas of improvement. 

• Ensure all process safety trainings programs are provided. 

• Ensure effective implementation, monitoring, reporting and continually improving site wide process Safety Management System requirements 

• Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company EHS Systems. 

• Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives. 

• Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.

Meet Bera, Menoufia, Egypt (100% Site Dedicated).

• Related Qualifications essential 

• Previous EH&S experience required 

• Have working knowledge and/or experience in EH&S activities / functions within agriculture, in both plant and field environments 

• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English. 

• High attention to detail - can multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and have excellent problem-solving skills 

• Value health and safety! You will always work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure you, and your colleagues go home safely every day. 

• Driver's licence an advantage
