Develop and implement sales strategy in an assigned territory in accordance with a business plan.
Find and exploit new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business (develop & Managing Dealer & Chanel)
Work closely with the country leadership team to implement and follow up business plans and objectives.
Lead, coach and monitor sales team in an assigned territory by providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure successful performance.
Ensure all sales activities complied with related internal and external policy, regulations and core value
Serve as "point person" with all customers and ability to handle day to day issues i.e. shipping, allocations, and inventory management on all products in the district.
