Detailed Production Scheduler

  • Manage daily detailed production schedules during short term planning horizon (CM~CM+2)
  • Manage production plans in line with business archetype strategy for capacity utilization, inventory strategy, and rework/repackage plans in S4 and IBP Supply
  • Maintain schedule communication throughout the supply chain to key stakeholders include Manufacturing, Logistics, Material Planning, and Export/Import Supply Chain
  • Highlight and actively participate in the identification and resolution of inventory, customer order issues, and quality issues as they develop.  Work closely with Master scheduler and order planning personnel.
  • Balance and reconcile production in short term horizon to meet customer requirements managing Unfulfilled demand, Demand Delivered Late and Abnormal Demand requests through Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Process.
  • Accountable for Short Term Unfulfilled/Exceptions in WD5-8 
  • Communicate short term supply exceptions to Demand organization where supply issues impact forecast plan through S&OE forum.
  • Manage performance standards Supply Availability and Schedule Attainment to compare actual production performance against the established standards.
  • Monitoring process orders & assuring closed as needed, accurate process orders are used to maintain system & data integrity.
  • Monitor open orders and production performance to schedule and ensure S4/Heritage SAP is managed in alignment with Raw Material and Distribution plans
  • Manage assigned DPS Master Data in IBP Supply and S4/Heritage SAP
  • Manage S4 implementation on External manufacturing area including attending workshops, conducting user tests, ensuring master data integrity.
  • Manage new launch and source changes in Japan Korea in alignment with project plans.
  • Report monthly/annual production volume/consumption to authorities/ committees.

Artwork Coordinator

  • Coordinate all inputs from multiple departments (Regulatory, Marketing, Regional Project Lead, Planning & Third-party business partners) in order to ensure that compliant artwork is applied on our products. (Finished Product for sales, Import/Export label)
  • Assemble a work plan for all artwork requirements in order not to have any production delays due to artwork.
  • Process artwork changes in timely initiation of production of new (or revised) printed materials.
  • Monitor process performance and perform root cause analysis as required to define and implement corrective action plan.
