We are currently seeking a?Demand Planner?for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team. The Demand Planner is responsible for managing short-term demand execution for all products in assigned portfolios for the US Crop Protection and Specialty businesses. This role is instrumental in coordinating and executing short-term demand plans for use in Corteva's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) demand, order fulfillment, and supply planning processes. 

 

What You'll Do:  

  • Lead the short-term demand execution processes, including response to abnormal demand, order prioritization, and customer allocations. 

  • Facilitate weekly order fulfillment reviews with customer service and supply chain stakeholders to proactively monitor and respond to customer demand. 

  • Represent commercial teams in short-term decision making by driving clear communication and alignment with key stakeholders. 

  • Manage the response to abnormal demand by creating and implementing action plans to improve service levels 

  • Drive monthly forecast signals to warehouse locations, ensuring alignment with historical sales and current market dynamics (orders, market intel, etc.). 

  • Lead the customer allocation process to support management to minimize customer impact and drive clarity in volume expectations. 

  • Participate in and/or lead demand management projects within the US Crop Protection and Specialties Business. 

 

What You'll Need: 

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in a sales support, supply chain, or customer facing role. 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish strong networks, influence, and build relationships with key stakeholders. 

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in the use of multiple computer applications. 

  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities and get results.  

  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing business needs. 

  • Experience with SAP or IBP is valued.
