Role Purpose
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Seed Production Supply Chain team. This role is a hybrid between data engineering and data analytics, designed for professionals who can manage data pipelines and deliver actionable insights through advanced reporting and visualization. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, optimize workflows, and enable data-driven decision-making.

As a Data Analyst your main responsibilities include the following:
•    Data Engineering & Integration
o    Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and SQL.
o    Implement ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow across systems.
o    Apply data governance and quality checks to maintain reliability and compliance.
•    Analytics & Visualization
o    Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI or Databricks BI to support operational and strategic decisions.
o    Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
o    Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.
•    Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
o    Partner with data engineers, supply chain managers, and business analysts to align data solutions with business needs.
o    Document processes, maintain data dictionaries, and contribute to best practices in data management.

To Grow What Matters your main qualifications should include but not limited to:
•    Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Data Science or Agriculture, Business, Administration, Engineering or related fields
•    Proficiency in SQL and experience with Databricks for data transformation and modeling.
•    Advanced skills in Power BI (including DAX, data modeling, and visualization best practices).
•    Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data governance principles.
•    Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•    Intermediate English. Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing analytics.
•    Familiarity with Python or PySpark for advanced data manipulation.
•    Knowledge of Azure ecosystem
•    Exposure to CI/CD practices for data workflows.

•    Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
