We're looking for a Customer Service Intern - Centurion, South Africa

At Corteva Agriscience, you will help us grow what's next. You will be part of a team that ensures seamless execution of the Order-to-Cash process, supporting our mission to deliver value to customers with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will leverage your analytical and organizational skills to extract and consolidate SAP control reports, coordinate stock counts, and perform live reconciliations. You will play a key role in validating customer pick-up lists against SAP orders and inventory, ensuring accurate stock allocation and timely order execution. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations while contributing to a global leader shaping the future of agriculture. 

You Will Be Part of Growing Team  

Corteva customer service will encompass the great deal of the Order to Cash process, which will require strict adherence to Corteva' policies and procedures. We will be responsible for every order that will need to be delivered and invoiced. 

Your Challenge: 

• SAP Control Reports extraction and aggregation of data  

• Order Execution 

• Ensuring stock is allocated to correct warehouse for execution  

• Customer Pick up list validated against SAP orders and inventory  

Key Stakeholders and Interactions: 

External 3rd party dealers, internal stakeholders like supply chain and commercial, and external counting parties.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or industrial engineering 

• Administration background 

• SAP Experience  

• Control Report Experience 

• Setting up SOPs 

• Advance Excel Knowledge
