You Will Be Part of a Growing Team  

As a Customer Service business unit Intern, you will work closely with our Customer Service team.

You will assist with:

• Receive and collect incoming hard copy documents (invoices and power of attorneys) from internal and external sources.
• Check documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Identify and escalate any discrepancies or missing information.
• Enter document details into the appropriate registers.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all received and processed documents.
• Provide support and clarification on document-related procedures.
• Organize and store documents securely and systematically.
• Provide documents for internal audit or collection processes needs.
• Interaction with other departments regarding documents handling.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need  

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for Agriculture and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• You are fluent in English, Corteva’s working language. Any additional European language is a plus 
• Analytical skills 
• Statistical awareness
