Job Description:

The Customer Centricity Organization Readiness Lead will play a key role in developing and executing upon an organizational readiness strategy and plan in support of Corteva's Customer Centricity strategic aspirations and initiatives, with the objective of increasing employee readiness, adoption and utilization across the organization.  This person will be responsible for ensuring connection, coordination, and cohesion across customer-centricity initiatives, with a primary focus on the people readiness aspects of the changes - including changes to culture, organization structure, job roles, ways of working, business processes, and systems and technology.  This person will own the approach to driving effective adoption, higher utilization, and more excellent proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization, as well as to increase value realization and the achievement of results and outcomes. By integrating customer experience principles into decision-making frameworks and organizational behaviors, the Organization Readiness Leader will help position the company for long-term success in a competitive market.

The person in this role must work through many others in the organization to succeed.  The Customer Centricity Organization Readiness Lead will act as a coach for leaders across Corteva in helping them fulfill their role as change sponsors for customer-centricity.  They may also provide direct support and coaching to People Leaders and frontline managers as they help their direct reports through transitions.  The Organization Readiness Lead will also support project teams in integrating organizational readiness activities related to customer-centricity into their project plans. This role may require travel up to 50-60% of the time.

Major Responsibilities:

Culture Transformation & Customer-Centricity

  • Lead initiatives to drive a cultural shift towards a customer-centric mindset across all levels of the organization.
  • Align culture transformation efforts with the Business Unit's winning aspirations and Corteva's overall strategy.
  • Ensure that customer experience strategy reflects overall Business and Functional goals and priorities.
  • Identify if and where reward and incentive programs need to be updated to reflect the customer experience strategy and aspirations.  Work with HR and Business Leaders to address these needs.
  • Promote internal awareness and engagement in customer-focused initiatives through training, workshops, and leadership coaching.

Change Management & Organizational Readiness

  • Assess organizational readiness for change and develop an implementation roadmap for managing impacts.
  • Guide Corteva through the change management process and educate leaders on new mindsets and operating models.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on change management best practices and strategies.
  • Develop communication and engagement strategies to reinforce change initiatives and minimize resistance.

Leadership & Employee Experience

  • Support leadership and organization development by equipping leaders with the tools and skills to drive change effectively.
  • Identify workforce needs related to employee profiles, skills, hiring, and development to foster high-performance teams. Work with HR and Business Leaders to address these needs.
  • Map the employee journey and propose interventions that enhance the employee experience in alignment with the CP strategy.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment and ensure smooth execution of change initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee experience, cultural transformation, and change management (e.g., e-NPS, engagement levels, satisfaction index, employee surveys).
  • Regularly review and refine change management strategies based on feedback and business outcomes.
  • Benchmark best practices in customer-centricity and change management to enhance organizational performance.

Education and Experience

  • Degree: Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Desirable Degree: MBA or Master's in People Management, Human Resources, Business Management, Business Strategy, or related areas.

Experience:

  • 12+ years of organizational readiness/change management/business transformation experience across a global company
  • Experience leading organizational readiness/change management for large-scale programs across multiple workstreams and geographies
  • Knowledge:
    • Expertise in human behavior, leadership, and development.
    • Change management and cultural transformation.
    • Business strategy and commercial dynamics of agribusiness.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish is desirable.

Skills:

  • Ability to coach and advise senior leaders to be effective change leaders, sponsors, and communicators
  • Proven track record of delivering on organizational readiness strategies and plans with data-driven approaches and through effective cross-team collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communications with all levels of leaders
  • Ability to lead, take action and provide direction in the face of ambiguity
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Comfort expressing a point of view and influencing change
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a global role and/or cross-functionally
