Are you passionate about agriculture and ready to lead a high-performing sales team? Corteva Agriscience, a global leader in sustainable agriculture, is looking for a Crop Protection Sales Manager to join our team in Poland.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop a team of sales professionals across Poland, driving performance and growth in the Crop Protection segment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and Technical teams.

Location:

• Poland

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in sales in the agriculture sector and in the crop protection segment.

• Strong knowledge of the Polish agricultural market and customer landscape.

• At least 5 years of experience leading high performance sales teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.

• Fluent in Polish and English.

• Willingness to travel across Poland.
