India is an important country in our global portfolio, the Communications Manager, India will be responsible for delivering targeted communications projects which progress our reputation and business within India. This role will elevate how Corteva communicates and engages with internal and external audiences, raising awareness and interest to the organization's significant achievements and continued focus across agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and execute an integrated communications strategy to support key business goals within India, incorporating digital, written, and visual messaging tactics.

* · Develop and deliver compelling external messaging which influences priority stakeholders (media, customers, business partners, NGOs, and others).

* · Develop and deliver compelling internal messaging to inform, inspire and engage colleagues.

* · Use technologies, data, analytics, and best practices to ensure continued engagement and impact across audiences.

* · Support communication efforts within sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, in partnership with India CSR and Government Affairs teams.

* · Support Corteva brand awareness and positioning across India, ensuring consistency with global positioning while incorporating country and cultural nuances.

* · Review quality control within communication messaging, channels, and brand alignment.

* · Collaborate with other communications teams in the region and globally to promote and position Corteva as a trusted and preferred agriculture company.

* · Identify opportunities to serve as a trusted storyteller with leadership, leveraging communications as a key tool to drive Corteva's narrative.

* · Lead and support ad-hoc communication projects, including signature agriculture programs/events.

Qualifications * Experienced communications professional with 8+ years of experience leading communication efforts in a corporate environment.

* In-depth knowledge of communication areas including employee communications, customer communications, media/public relations, and social media.

* Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or similar field. Post-graduate or MBA degree preferred.

* Previous experience in working with agriculture sector preferred.

* Strategic mindset with a passion for innovative, creative thought.

* Experience influencing and consulting with internal and external stakeholders.

* Results driven; ability to successfully execute and manage through ambiguity.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident public speaker.

* Effective collaborator, facilitating conversations to bring alignment and overcome obstacles or deliver exceptional results.

* Ability to successfully navigate challenging opportunities, meet objectives and deadlines; solves complex problems with some guidance.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to changing needs.

* Fluent in English and Hindi, other languages are advantageous.

* Ability to travel occasionally.
