Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Marketing Manager to lead the strategic direction, market positioning, and revenue growth of our biological portfolio. This role holds full P&L responsibility and plays a pivotal role in shaping the portfolio´s future by driving market penetration, customer engagement, and revenue expansion.
As marketing leader for biologicals and integrated solutions, you will be responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategies, leading a cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with the company´s broader strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong commercial mindset, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to drive cross-business synergies.

?Key responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Growth
- Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy to drive the accelerated growth and adoption of the biological’s portfolio.
- Drive portfolio positioning and differentiation, ensuring strong market presence and value creation.
- Define go-to-market strategies, including channel development, demand generation, and customer segmentation.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to refine marketing and product strategies.
Business & Financial Ownership
- Full P&L ownership of the biological’s portfolio, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
- Deliver the financial targets, including net revenue, contribution margin, volume, and market share.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance market competitiveness with business profitability.
- Continuously monitor key business metrics and market trends, making data driven decisions to optimize performance.
Integration and Cross – Functional Leadership
- Partner with sales teams to drive demand creation and implement commercial strategies.
- Lead demand creation initiatives, working closely with market developers, sales, and technical teams.
- Collaborate with regulatory, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure seamless product launches and market expansion.
- Maintain direct engagement with global Product Portfolio Managers, aligning regional execution with global strategies.
- Foster collaboration with the Crop Protection and Seeds leaders, identifying cross-selling and synergies opportunities.
- Oversee marketing programs, incentives, and CRM, working with Business Intelligence, RTM, and commercial effectiveness teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or finance within the agricultural sector, with a strong focus on biologicals, crop protection, or agricultural inputs.
- Bachelor´s degree in biology, agronomy, marketing, finance, or business management. Master´s degree or MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of P&L management and driving business growth.
- Strong expertise in pricing, market strategy, and commercialization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive teamwork.
- Experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns in agriculture.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Travel availability. More than 50% of the time interacting with the market, customer, and business partners.
- Position will report to Meso Andean Commercial Unit Leader and will be part of CU Leadership team.
