Lead barter department with focused on growing the operations and bring new alternatives for the customers (financial tools) achieving a good documentation performance to mitigate risks for Corteva.

Main activities and responsibilities:

- Support and implement financial tools

- Manage barter documentation

- Coordinate barter field team

- Presence in the field (visit customers and partners)

- Relationship with trading companies

- Implement derivatives in the operations

- Co-create campaigns together marketing team

- Implement a barter communication plan

- Capacitate the sales force team in barter tools
