Administrative Supervisor ensures conditions for the uninterrupted and effective work of employees of the Company office, maintaining favorable conditions, comfort and favorable psychological climate among office employees.

In his/her activities guided by the current legislation of Ukraine, Company Policies, local regulatory acts of the Company, including the rules of internal labor regulations, regulations on the structural departments of the Company, as well as orders and instructions from PLM, regulatory and methodological documents on the organization of office work.

  • Manages the activities of the administrative department and subordinated to PLM.
  • Leads and organizes work to ensure the activities of the Company with internal administrative coordination and information communications.
  • Distributes responsibilities between Administrative department, directs, coordinates and controls their work.
  • Submits proposals to the management regarding the structure of the administrative department.
  • Organizes, regulates and controls the implementation of information and analytical work of the Company. Develops analytical, reference and other materials on issues related to the activities of the Company within the scope of his/her competence.
  • Together with the Heads of departments, participates in the development of long-term and current plans in accordance with the general strategy of the Company.
  • Participates in the formation of the Company personnel policy and monitoring of the performance of personnel.
  • Together with the Heads of departments, takes measures to ensure proper working conditions at workplaces.
  • Ensures work on keeping records in the organization, organizes, regulates and controls Contracts development.
  • Together with the Heads of departments, develops and organizes work on the implementation of internal and external standards of business documentation.
  • Within his/her competence, represents the Company in all institutions, organizations, mass media, maintains relations with the heads of state authorities, local governments, enterprises, institutions, organizations, with individuals, as well as in relations with foreign partners.
  • Manages and organizes the work on the preparation and holding of events in the Company.
  • Working in internal software (ERP SAP, Seed Pro, TMS, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Higher education in business administration, management, law, or a related field.

  • Good working knowledge of both Ukrainian and English - you should feel comfortable reading, writing, and speaking at a working level.

  • Around 3-5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or similar roles - experience in a plant or production setting would be a strong plus.

  • Some experience leading a team - you're confident managing people and organizing work.

  • Hands-on experience with contracts and administrative documents - you know how to keep things organized and in line with requirements.

  • Basic understanding of Ukrainian labor law and workplace standards.

  • Strong organizational skills - you're detail-oriented, reliable, and can manage several things at once.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ideally you've worked with ERP systems like SAP, or similar.

  • A team player with good communication skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Someone who's ready to be onsite at the Stasi plant and help keep everything running smoothly.
