Position: Administrative Services Analyst
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark (Office-based)
Reports to: Country Lead, Nordic & Baltic Countries
Key Responsibilities
Invoice & Procurement Management
Process incoming invoices from vendors and suppliers with accuracy and timeliness.
Manage and oversee PO and NOPO ordering processes.
Liaise with suppliers to resolve payment-related queries and discrepancies.
Sales Reporting
Generate and distribute daily sales reports from SAP to Sales Managers and Customer Service teams.
Integrated Business Planning Support
Assist the Country Lead and Commercial Management by preparing for the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) meetings.
Prepare and share in time forecasting data and inventory reports while uploading new forecasting data into SAP.
Customer Contract and Bonus program Support
Support Sales Managers within developing, calculate and coordinate customer commercial contracts and bonus programs with customers.
Ensure accurate and in time data entry and maintenance of bonus programs in SAP and other financial systems.
Industry and Data Compliance
Prepare and submit business data to relevant authorities and industry associations, ensuring compliance across the Nordic and Baltic regions.
Customer Management Databases (CRM)
Operate and maintain Customer databases in close coperation with Marketing and Sales Managment
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales & Product Management, Customer Service, Procurement team, Commercial fianance to drive operational excellence as "One Organization."
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Fluent in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
