We're hiring for Administrative Intern - Commercial Department

As Administrative Intern you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the commercial team, ensuring smooth coordination of processes, accurate documentation, and effective communication between internal departments and external partners.

You Will Be Part of Growing Team

You will join a dynamic commercial team, driving business growth through efficient operations, supplier coordination, and data-driven support that enables seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Your Challenge:

  • Administrative Support

    • Manage promotional items in storeroom as needed.

    • Schedule courier tasks.

    • Request purchase orders on SAP Ariba system.

    • Schedule meetings, arrange with travel and accommodation arrangements.

    • Assist in filing documentation on the internal SharePoint site.

    • Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls) professionally and promptly.

    • Ad hoc tasks.

  • Commercial Coordination

    • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods/services.

    • Provide support to sales teams with admin tasks as needed.

  • Data Management

    • Generate reports for management.

    • Update CRM systems and ensure data integrity.

    • Assist Business Integilgence specialist with PowerBI data entry.

    • Assisting in coordination of Stock on Hand reports from distributors.

  • Compliance & Quality

    • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standard.

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:

You will work closely with the commercial team, sales representatives, and suppliers, while coordinating with internal departments such as procurement, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
