We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of data entry and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
- Additional certification in office management or administrative support is a plus.
