Job Description:

The Dealer Process Manager plays a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing management of dealer-related digital processes. The position is responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination between the retail dealer systems and the dealer networks, directly contributing to operational excellence and business growth.

 

 

  • Coordinates and manages the rollout of new dealer processes related to the FARMPOINT system integration.
  • Monitors progress and success of implementation activities, identifies challenges early, and drives corrective action plans.
  • Leads cross-location coordination to ensure consistent rollout.
  • Serves as primary liaison between CLAAS, vendors, and dealers to ensure clear communication and alignment during system use.
  • Supports process design efforts to align FARMPOINT functionalities with CLAAS business models and dealer workflows.
  • Facilitates requirement gathering and communicates inputs to internal development teams to shape system enhancements based on dealer feedback.
  • Organizes and conducts training sessions on CLAAS Partner Office tools to enable adoption and effective usage by dealer staff. 
  • Provides dealers with analytics-based insights to optimize parts ordering and inventory management.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the aftersales chain and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversees efficient parts inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete parts.
  • Analyzes storage and logistics data to improve parts storage efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
  • Implements and maintains key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover and fulfillment lead times.
  • Manages escalated parts-related issues by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure swift resolution and minimize operational impact.
  • Note: This position includes frequent travel; a valid driver's license with an annually verifiably safe driving history and passport are required. The position will require overnight travel and weekend or evening work.

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, MIS or similar field or equivalent work experience or;
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering or related discipline, Data Science, or related field preferred, not required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferably in a dealer environment.
  • Proven experience in process management, project coordination, or dealer/retailer operations, ideally within the agricultural or related industries
  • Experience using Tableau or other relevant report creation software.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills for monitoring business processes, system implementation, and performance tracking
  • Communicates effectively and interacts professionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Manages multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and adapts to evolving role responsibilities
  • Shows proficiency in office software; experience with CLAAS Partner Office tools or similar platforms considered advantageous
  • Strong understanding of dealer processes, especially in parts and service-related areas
  • Affinity for data and digitalization
  • Brings experience in system implementation at a dealer level; project management skills preferred
