Job Description:
Location: Headquarters, Oceano CA 
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Salary Range: $39,924 - $50,050 (based on experience and education)

A Brief Overview
The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction within our commercial sales division. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position is responsible for providing timely assistance to customers, processing orders accurately, and addressing inquiries and concerns effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
Essential Activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and issue resolutions with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as the sales department and warehouse staff to coordinate order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues, providing product information, assistance, and support as needed.
  • Utilize ERP systems and order management software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures, contributing to enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and standards, complying with all guidelines and protocols
 
 
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration or related field preferred.
    • 1-3 years of work experience in customer service or related field.
 
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Capable of adapting communication style to effectively interact with diverse customers, including directors, sales teams, and warehouse staff.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external parties.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.  Ability to analyze complex data and logistical information to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Demonstrates agility in problem-solving, remaining calm under pressure, and making sound decisions to address customer inquiries and challenges effectively.
