Business Stategy Analyst 

Business Strategy Analyst – Residence Based USA

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Business Strategy Analyst is to develop and drive regional roadmap in alignment with global processes to secure scalability of solutions that enable achievement of North America Strategic objectives. This position also influences teams and drives initiatives for new business models, new business integration opportunities and ling-term strategic imperatives. Additionally, it influences and drives development of the brand strategy to align with overall supply chain, customer experience, financial and commercial strategies.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Align with customer service leadership to develop comprehensive long-term strategy as it relates to functions such as manufacturing, distribution strategy, marketing, customer experience and sales;
• Contribute to the development of multi-year strategy roadmaps to meet target state objectives for row crops and crop protection (Short, Mid, Long Term);
• Drive and prioritize initiatives for continuous process and system improvement efforts while aligning with long term strategies, defining business benefit, cost and ROI with the business groups and IT;
• Influence business leads to implement appropriate business process improvements within their teams;
• Lead the enablement of business strategy by managing capabilities integrated across large cross-functional North America Supply Chain teams and complex cross-functional projects;
• Ensure strategic alignment and system readiness by partnering with business leads and influencing the IT enhancement and improvement work;
• Interact with centralized organizations addressing changes with the brand team (legal, HR, Credit, Finance). Inform teams of brand strategy and functional changes;
• Provide direction across business, drive commonality between lines of business, and represent critical business needs;
• Influence teams throughout the business to achieve project timelines and business targets.

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent that processes the following:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree;
• Experience in business, industry, supply chain management, or IT related work experience;
• Business acumen across multiple business functions (Operations, Logistics, demand planning, customer experience, manufacturing, sales);
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities;
• Ability to drive organization change;
• Ability to make critical decisions aligned with business targets and objectives;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Expertise of brand distribution model including objectives, operational control requirements;
• Project management and stakeholder influencing capability.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10 or more years of experience in business, industry, supply chain management, or IT related work experience.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $117,056.00 to $175584.00.  Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).  Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. 

This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
