We are looking for a Supply Chain Logistics Excellence to join our Agricultural Solutions team based in Research Triangle Park, NC.

As a Supply Chain Logistics Excellence professional, you will enhance operational efficiency, financial performance/reporting, customer experience, and environmental sustainability, with a focus on warehousing and logistics operational processes and capabilities. This role centers on supporting Regional Logistics Operations by identifying, translating, and solving logistics and warehousing challenges and opportunities within the region. You will develop innovative processes and digitally enabled capabilities across multiple business units, transport modes, and market types. Key responsibilities include applying design thinking practices to transform problems into impactful, primarily digital solutions through close collaboration with Regional Logistics and Warehousing, Global teams, and cross-functional partners to design, deliver, and support these solutions.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify, translate, and solve business challenges using Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.
Wireframing, prototyping, and modeling data to design digital solutions that enhance logistics and warehousing operations.
Transforming data and processes to drive financial, environmental, and customer-centric outcomes.
Listening actively and partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment and shared ownership of solutions.
Storytelling with clarity and purpose to build trust and inspire engagement.
Leading with empathy and staying current on digital trends to foster a culture of innovation and digital fluency.
Developing insights that elevate performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Supporting ad-hoc projects and business needs from Supply Chain Operations & Global, leveraging core digital and collaborative capabilities.

If you...

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a Computer Science field; Master's degree a plus. Bring your 8 years experience in Supply Chain Logistics excellence.
Bring experience in customer-facing or internal consulting roles, focusing on identifying needs, co-creating solutions, and delivering measurable value.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with commercially oriented teams and senior leadership to align digital initiatives with business goals.
Exhibit experience leading or contributing to digitally focused, cross-functional project teams using Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
Showcase a proven ability to design, develop, and support the implementation of digital solutions, particularly frontend tools such as dashboards or workflow applications (Power BI experience highly desired).
Apply quantitative techniques to solve business problems, including data modeling, transformation, and visualization.
Have hands-on experience or strong exposure to warehousing and logistics operations, including process optimization and performance improvement.
