We are looking for a Sr Pest Control Sales Rep to join our Agricultural Solutions Professional & Specialty Solutions (P&SS) team based in South Florida.

As a Sr. Pest Control Sales Rep, your role at BASF revolves around customer experience and driving profitable growth. The foundation for this is a strong team that brings specific application, industry, and market knowledge to understand the diverse markets where we build trusting and satisfying customer relationships.As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives in the Professional Pest Control market while developing customer business relationships that create long-term value for BASF and our customers. You will also implement and execute field tactical activities to maintain and grow our product portfolio. In addition, you will serve as BASF's representative to our customers, market influencers, and industry partners, traveling up to 50% of the time.

  • Growing our market and product portfolio through promoting innovations, creating solutions for customers, and effectively executing field activities.
  • Developing a professional and personal skill set that will positively impact business strategy and growth.
  • Managing a Sales Territory to achieve yearly sales goals within assigned budgets.
  • Building and cultivating strong business relationships with key end users and maintaining a working profile of opportunities with each end user.
  • Supporting and utilizing a distribution network to increase sales throughout your territory.
  • Administering marketing programs to end users and participating in special sales and marketing projects.
  • Providing technical and product training to key end users and a distribution network.
  • Reporting top opportunities through a strategic monthly review.


If you...

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Bring over 8 years of experience in the Pest Management or related industry.
  • Offer a background in sales, supported by formal sales training courses.
  • Demonstrated success in account and territory management and planning.
  • Hold experience in Sales, Marketing, or Technical roles within the Pest Management or adjacent markets.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and presentation-with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across the business.

Pay transparency

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $108,800 - $149,600. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
