BASF's Coatings division is a global expert in the development, production and marketing of innovative and sustainable automotive OEM and refinish coatings as well as applied surface treatments for metal, plastic and glass substrates in a wide range of industries. This portfolio is supplemented by "Beyond Paint Solutions", which enable new applications with innovative surfaces.
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Site Quality Manager to lead quality operations at the Windsor Paint Plant. This role is critical in ensuring product and process excellence, audit readiness, and efficient resource coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Building and implementing a Quality & Inspection System, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and operational needs.
Leading the coordination of troubleshooting activities, working cross-functionally to resolve quality issues efficiently and sustainably.
Preparing for and executing Customer and IATF audits, ensuring compliance and audit readiness at all times.
Managing resource sharing requirements across departments to optimize quality support and responsiveness.
Maintaining process stock inventory to ensure availability and traceability of quality-critical materials and components.
Managing customer complaints and claims in cross functional teams.
If you have...
A Bachelor's degree in a technical or science-related field.
3-5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in coatings or automotive.
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific quality standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with quality systems such as Compass, SAP QM, and NCM or similar platforms is a plus.
Know how and data analysis with statistical methods with
Experience in automotive productions, receipt formulation and manufacturing practices
