We are looking for a Production Operator to join our Nutrition & Health team in Bishop, TX.

The Production Operator is responsible for processes that utilize both batch and continuous operations. We are seeking Chemical Plant Operators that have both operational and technical experience who are able to demonstrate a proven track record of strong safety and environmental performance. Examples of operational duties include: operating the DCS, issuing permits, sampling, troubleshooting, preparing equipment for maintenance and subsequent operation, and inspections.

During your 12-hour shift as a Production Operator, you will

  • Ensure standards of safety, environmental, team and individual performance are met in a high-performance team-based organization.
  • Perform Work Permitting process and prepare equipment for daily maintenance activities.
  • Train new employees on unit activities.
  • Participate on emergency response teams condition of employment.


If you...

  • Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferrably have 3 years of operations experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Are able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • Are results oriented, dependable, safety conscious, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Preferrably have Honeywell TDC 3000, DCS Operational, and Work Permit Writing experience
