We are looking for a Production Manufacturing Scheduler to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Parma, ID.

As a Production Manufacturing Scheduler you will develop, maintain, and manage a regional integrated Manufacturing or Quality Control (QC) laboratory schedule across all crops based to ensure that regional capacities are used in an effective and efficient manner. This position will support our Vegetable Seeds business at our Parma, ID site.

As a Production Manufacturing Scheduler, You Create Chemistry By...

  • Building and maintaining a regional short-term processing plan (0-6 week horizon) that maximizes efficiency in labor and machine capacities through a balanced approach.
  • Preparing materials, leading meetings, tracking and following up on action items, and reporting on machinery and workload status within the 0-6 week horizon.
  • Creating, maintaining, communicating, and executing actions related to departmental key performance indicators using Operational Excellence tools.
  • Scheduling grower truck arrivals during harvest, communicating with the receiving team, checking stock levels, and coordinating necessary items to ensure smooth daily operations.


If you...

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Agriculture, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field - or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience (e.g., CPIM certification or Planner/Master Scheduler experience in a manufacturing environment).
  • Bring 2-5 years of experience.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing scheduling, preferred.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills with Excel or Access with the ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions - particularly in labor and machine capacity scenarios.
  • Operate successfully in regional and global environments, with the ability to prioritize manufacturing workloads across multiple sites.
  • Are able to travel up to 5%, domestically and internationally.
