We are looking for a Processing Operator III to join our Agricultural Solutions team based in Parma, ID.

As a Processing Operator II, you will be responsible for the processing of seed through one or two of the processing sub-departments: warehousing/receiving, conditioning, enhancement, treatment, and packaging/shipping. You will follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines, which require accurately measuring seed materials and following instructions to fulfill processing manufacturing orders.

During your shift as a Processing Operator III, you will

  • Understand and follow all standard operating procedures and accredited procedures (NAL) in accordance with Processing Management to maintain processing standards and global standardization.
  • Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures in compliance with corporate, local, state, and federal mandates to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Perform good housekeeping practices for all assigned areas of responsibility to achieve a safe work environment.
  • Pass lift truck/reach truck training and safely use these as directed to move seed or other materials.
  • Execute parts of the processes within the PRC sub-department.
  • Possess basic computer/MS program skills (open files and read-only abilities) for MOVEX reporting.
  • Train new employees in departmental processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities on the work floor.


If you...

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Have 2 years of manufacturing and/or agricultural operations experience.
  • Possess the ability to gain certification (through internal training) to operate a forklift and/or reach truck safely and competently.
