We are looking for a Processing Operator III to join our Agricultural Solutions team based in Parma, ID.

As a Processing Operator II, you will be responsible for the processing of seed through one or two of the processing sub-departments: warehousing/receiving, conditioning, enhancement, treatment, and packaging/shipping. You will follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines, which require accurately measuring seed materials and following instructions to fulfill processing manufacturing orders.

During your shift as a Processing Operator III, you will

Understand and follow all standard operating procedures and accredited procedures (NAL) in accordance with Processing Management to maintain processing standards and global standardization.
Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures in compliance with corporate, local, state, and federal mandates to ensure regulatory compliance.
Perform good housekeeping practices for all assigned areas of responsibility to achieve a safe work environment.
Pass lift truck/reach truck training and safely use these as directed to move seed or other materials.
Execute parts of the processes within the PRC sub-department.
Possess basic computer/MS program skills (open files and read-only abilities) for MOVEX reporting.
Train new employees in departmental processes.
Participate in continuous improvement activities on the work floor.

If you...

Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Have 2 years of manufacturing and/or agricultural operations experience.
Possess the ability to gain certification (through internal training) to operate a forklift and/or reach truck safely and competently.
