Director of Finance

Based in Madera County and farming over 30,000 acres of orchards and vineyards across the Central and Southern Valley, Agriland Farming Company, Inc. is a vertically integrated organization in California. With a focus on permanent crops including almonds, citrus, grapes, and pistachios, Agriland has established stable, consistent results for over 33 years. We are seeking an action and solution-oriented Director of Finance who will be a key contributor to our management team. Strong leadership, a desire to strengthen operating managers, and a passion for teamwork are essential to success for this position.

Reporting to and working directly with the COO and the owner of Agriland, the Director of Finance, needs to collaborate with our management team, improve our business processes, and perform result-oriented actions in support of our philosophy of continuous improvement. Core to the position is managing the day-to-day accounting operations and the supervision of up to 6 team members. This position will be responsible for understanding how the multitude of operations affect the financial results, effectively communicating findings, and problem solving with the management team of various divisions and entities.

Pay Range: $150,000-$200,000
