Job Description: Assist site manager with all facets of operations including operational, quality, cost and reliability initiatives. Play a vital leadership role in on-site safety programs, documentation and reporting. Work with seed receiving, cleaning and conditioning, treating and packaging seed, training and scheduling staff. Also coordinate and plan customer seed orders, inventory management, trade and compliance, shipping. Work with inventory audits and order supplies. Requires 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehousing. Prefer BS.
