Due to upcoming retirement smaller bank organization seeks individual to work in bank operations. Goal is to have individual trained and ready to advance to Cashier position in 2 to 2.5 years. Requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail and good computer skills. Must be capable of learning their operating program (prefer FiServ experience.) Prefer AS or BS in Business or Finance. 100% of family health insurance premium paid by the bank.
