About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Agronomy Sales Specialist to join our team in the Agriculture industry. As an Agronomy Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by providing expert advice and support to our customers. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships with customers and exceed sales targets.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management in the Agriculture industry
  • Strong knowledge of agronomy products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to travel as needed

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Agriculture industry
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers on agronomy products and services
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve growth targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

 

Skills:

As an Agronomy Sales Specialist, you will use your strong knowledge of agronomy products and services to provide expert advice and support to our customers. You will leverage your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, experience with CRM software and the ability to travel as needed will be beneficial.
