• Manage lab operations
• Oversee field strip trial projects
• Utilize a systematic approach to plan, track, analyze, prepare and present data 
• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders
• Prioritize ideation for innovation 
• Generate revenue and manage associated invoicing for outside services rendered relating to expert crop, soil and sustainability 

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field
• 5+ years of experience in research, data analytics and project management with an understanding of precision farming tools and a high skill level using project management software to prioritize and organize multiple projects
• Pesticide license (required during employment)
