Job Description:

Woodrill Ltd. is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and people-focused individual to join our team in an administrative support role. This position will initially cover a maternity leave, with strong potential to transition into a long-term, permanent role for the right candidate who shows initiative and a desire to grow with our company.

 

About the Role

As an integral part of our operations, you will provide administrative and customer support across multiple departments. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative work environment Woodrill is known for.

 

Key Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding account balances, grain balances, and invoices
  • Providing administrative support for sales representatives and grain marketing
  • Producing reports and completing grain settlements
  • Creating and processing invoices for all departments, including crop supplies, grain, seed stock, and custom applications
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations while contributing to a positive team culture

 

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous administrative experience (preferred)
  • Possess an education or background in agriculture (considered an asset)
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and respectful approach
  • Have an aptitude for numbers and solid general computer skills
  • Be confident, professional, and proud to represent Woodrill Ltd.
  • Show interest and potential in taking on new projects and initiatives
