Are you passionate about technology and eager to contribute to the stability and advancement of enterprise-level IT infrastructure? Wilbur-Ellis is looking for a System Administrator to help maintain, monitor, and enhance our enterprise-wide systems, networks, and servers.
Reporting to the Director of IT Infrastructure, you'll play a hands-on role in managing our IT environment while helping drive innovation and improvement across our infrastructure stack.
What You'll Do
Monitor and maintain enterprise servers, systems, and networks to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues-escalating when necessary
Provide advanced support for business systems, including JD Edwards, Office 365, Okta, and more
Create and manage virtual machines, snapshots, and restore operations
Monitor and respond to alerts from Rubrik, VMware, Citrix, and Nagios
Administer and support cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure), Active Directory, and virtualization environments
Use ServiceNow to manage and document support requests, following SOPs and SLA guidelines
Participate in the setup, configuration, and decommissioning of servers and network devices
Assist with server/network appliance installation, including lifting, bending, and reaching when required
Maintain system documentation and ensure best practices are followed
Stay current on evolving IT technologies and support methodologies
What You Bring
Technical Skills & Experience
2+ years in Help Desk, System Administration, or related IT support roles
1-3 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise systems and end users
AA degree in IT-related field or equivalent technical knowledge
Experience with LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, VOIP, IPSEC, and TCP/IP
Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and SSO
Proficiency in business applications such as JD Edwards, Office 365, and Okta

Exceptional customer service mindset in every interaction
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to mentor and collaborate with less experienced team members
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication, including with vendors and stakeholders
Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed
Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel occasionally
