Role Overview:
The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator supports the Feed Nutrition Export function by coordinating sales, production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure efficient domestic and international shipments, particularly in markets like Asia and the U.S. This role manages export logistics, documentation, and collaboration with carriers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Data & Order Management: Maintain accurate ERP data, process sales orders, update shipment schedules, and track product movement.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, reconcile payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
Inventory Oversight: Monitor and audit inventory levels to align with demand forecasts.
Logistics Coordination: Manage domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Customer Support: Provide responsive service to internal and external customers across multiple regions and time zones.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in agriculture, feed, or supply chain operations (not mandatory, but preferred)
Knowledge of export logistics, procedures, and documentation
Proficiency with ERP systems and data management tools
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration across teams and time zones
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits:
The base compensation for this position ranges from $20.91 to $27.84 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
