Role Overview:

The primary role of the Warehouse Associate in the Nutrition busine ss is to assist in all aspects of plant production, quality control, maintenance, and facility cleanliness.

A Sample of What You'll Do in t his Role:

Learn and train across all roles required at the plant, including mixing, bagging, forklift, and container loading .

Operate and maintain processing equipment as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures ( SOPs ) .

Maintain facility cleanliness throughout all operations .

Perform Quality Control while handling products .

Accurately document tasks performed across processing, maintenance, cleaning .

Manage w arehousing including receiving, shipping, and organizing inventory.

Follow all safety, regulatory, and administrative policies and procedures .

What You Bring to t he Role:

1+ years of experience and mu st be at least 18 years of age

Willingness to operate material handling equipment including a forklift, skid steer, and other equipment

Ability to repetitively lift packages up to 50 lb. (or 110Lb. with a partner) while working in a non-climate-controlled dusty environment

Good math and organizational skills

Able to follow written and verbal English directions and complete necessary documentation

High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits:

The base compensation for this position ranges from $16.83 to $22.41 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
