Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused Maintenance Technician to support efficient plant operations through equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has experience with mechanical systems or agricultural operations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role:
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on plant equipment, including mechanical and minor electrical/PLC systems.
Conduct regular preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and cleaning of all machinery to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all regulatory and company safety requirements.
Stock and manage necessary supplies and tools, including small and medium-sized tools, for maintenance tasks.
Track, schedule, and document maintenance activities within a computerized system to ensure timely completion and compliance.
What You Bring to the Role:
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment efficiently.
Knowledge or experience in agricultural operations, manufacturing equipment, and trucks.
Commitment to safety, including active participation in training and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Physical stamina and versatility, able to lift up to 65 lbs. and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
Organized, punctual, and able to manage priorities while communicating effectively with team members.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base compensation for this position ranges from $19.95 to $26.62 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
