Role Overview :
The IT Project Manager is a junior-level role designed for early-career professionals eager to develop their IT project management skills. IT Project Managers support senior project managers and cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role :
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
Support project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions.
Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Help manage project budgets, resources, and timelines.
Assist in quality assurance and testing activities as needed.
Maintain organized records of project artifacts and documentation.
What You Bring to this Role :
2+ years of experience in project coordination, IT, or related role
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation and Benefits:
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $86,400 - $115,210. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
