Role Overview:

A Customer & Business Solutions Representative I works in all aspects of customer service including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse-from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, pitching in with housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs.

A Sample of What You'll Do in t his Role:

  • Assist with electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software


  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely , accurate , and appropriate manner


  • Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment


  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations team s to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs


  • Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory


  • Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns


  • Prepare r eports under manager's supervision


  • Aid team members in administrative tasks


What You Bring to t he Role:

  • 0-1 years of experience


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite


  • Willingness to learn JD Edwards ( training will be provided )


  • T he ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios


  • Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The base compensation for this position ranges from $19.33 to $25.80 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
