Role Overview:
The Facility Supervisor is responsible for supervising facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory procedures, and providing daily direction to direct reports. Operations Supervisors are also responsible for promoting a positive work environment and supporting location goals and objectives.
A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role:
Supervise facility operations and ensure compliance with Wilbur-Ellis safety and regulatory procedures
Facilitate effective communication with the Sales team and promote a safety culture aligned with corporate objectives
Provide daily direction to direct reports and assist with training and development
Coordinate audits, compliance activities, and equipment maintenance with the Location Operations Manager
Conduct annual performance reviews and address employee performance issues promptly
What You Bring to the Role:
3+ years of experience in agricultural operations or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in liquid and dry custom application preferred (depending on location)

Compensation and Benefits:
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $59,200 - $78,940. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
