Role Overview:
The Senior Sales Representative i s responsible for car rying out all sale s and marketing activities in the t erritory to m aintain , develop, and grow th e overall sales volume and profitability. Must live in the actual territory.
A Sample of What You'll Do in t his Role:
Plan and organize sales activities and customer/prospect contact to achiev e business goals .
Plan and develop dealer/distributor network in the territory.
Motivate dealers and distributors to promote our portfolio of products and services .
Educate growers, dealers , and distributors on new products .
Conduct direct farm visits t o promote and sell our portfolio of products .
Sell , help install, and service fertilizer application equipment .
Sell fertilizer product storage tanks .
Deliver fertilizer, parts , equipment, and storage tanks to dealers and farmers .
Conduct grower meetings to promote the use of our products .
Attend farm shows to promote the use of our products and services .
Locate and develop test plot locations to support the research & development program .
Manage and collect accounts receivable to keep receivables current .
What You Bring to The Role:
Deep working knowledge of local crops and market practices
Ability to p rovide clear direction and motivate individuals and teams
Excellent presentation skills
Proficient working with the M icrosoft Office Suite

Compensation and Benefits:
The base compensation for this position ranges from $81,300 - $119,300. Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience .
