WCTractor is hiring a Store Manager for our New Holland dealership in Dayton, Texas. We're looking for a leader with a strong agricultural background and a passion for building teams, serving customers, and running efficient operations.

As a fast-growing Kubota and New Holland dealership, WCTractor operates 14 locations across Texas with a corporate headquarters in Brenham, TX. This role is key to supporting our growth and continuing our mission to power agriculture and rural communities across the state.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage all store operations
• Build strong customer relationships in the farming and ranching community
• Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team
• Oversee inventory, pricing, and organization
• Recommend equipment solutions based on customer needs

What You'll Bring:

• Ag experience required - background in farming, ranching, or ag equipment sales
• At least 2 years of management experience (retail, dealership, or sales preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
