JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education/Qualification/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To efficiently execute sales orders assigned to warehouses by organizing shipment details, coordinating trucking, preparing necessary documents (including packing slips), and ensuring all aspects of the order are completed to meet customer requirements. All activities must be accurately reported in the system for tracking and documentation purposes.

Functional/Technical
- Computer literacy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience in database and ERP systems.
- Experience in Famous Software system -Optional
- Ability to provide efficient support to the operations manager and sales team in daily activities.
- Strong understanding of the sales process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination across all stages.
- Good understanding of the fruit industry.
- Basic experience with market research to support decision-making and strategic planning..

KEY PERFORMANCE OUTPUTS
Inventory Management
- Maintain balanced inventory levels with optimal rotation to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Adhere to priority guidelines to fulfill sales allocations efficiently and on time.
- Monitor inventory issues and proactively seek solutions for any products requiring attention, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Shipping and delivery performance
- Coordinate sales shipments by ensuring timely delivery of accurate information and instructions.
- Co-ordinate with Logistics Team to track products throughout the shipping process until delivery is completed.
- Report any issues that may impact the customer to the Sales and Logistics Managers to ensuring prompt resolution.
Inbound shipment tracking
- Continuously track shipments from growers as they arrive at controlled warehouses.
- Provide regular updates on product availability to ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
- Requesting Re-Export Documents from USDA, Phytos on behalf of customers.
Packing services
- Organize and oversee packing and repacking services, ensuring all required materials, staff, process line layouts, and settings are in place.
- Monitor timings and agreed rates for repacking services to ensure compliance.
- Report any anomalies promptly and follow up to ensure corrective actions are taken for future control.
- Balance the results and provide justifications for any products that are out of specifications.
Service Invoices
- Monitor and control all charges made by the warehouse, ensuring that each charge is linked to a traceable lot.
- Provide detailed charge information to the Manager and Accounting departments.
- Address any discrepancies by managing necessary debit or credit notes and ensuring proper documentation.
Coordinate QC of inbound and stock With Quality Manager
- Coordinate the necessary fruit inspections according to QC parameters, ensuring they are completed before the product is shipped.
