Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Field Support Specialist to join our team on a 6-month term. The successful candidate will support Ukko Agro’s weather station hardware and ForeSite software for our customers across Western Canada. This role is home office-based, with a requirement for travel across Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

 
Key Responsibilities:

•  Provide technical and installation support and troubleshooting for Ukko Agro’s weather station hardware and ForeSite software.
• Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of weather stations.
• Train customers on the effective use of ForeSite software to enhance agricultural decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Western Canada customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and support.
• Document and report all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Travel across Saskatchewan and Manitoba to meet the support needs of customers in these areas.

 
Qualifications:

•  Proven experience in technical support or a related field, preferably within the agricultural technology industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
• Valid driver's license.
