Reporting to the Agro Manager, the successful applicant will be self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic:

• Seeking an individual who is team oriented, and will foster strong relationships with key growers and new potential customers to enhance Co-op's market share and ensure a positive customer experience
• Prior experience in prairie ag retail, will posses a strong understanding of the current industry and relevant agri programs.
• Will collaborate within the Ag Division team to grow and retain sales of Co-op's products and provide product and support services
• Will foster relationships to provide support, services, and knowledge of agronomic products to local co-op customers. Provides basic agronomic information and advice on seed, pest identification, crop protection, and crop nutrient/fertilizer so local co-op customers can make informed decisions based on reported findings.
• Engage with producers to provide customer service responsibilities, including field scouting, agronomic troubleshooting, crop planning, fertility, and crop protection recommendations. Responsible to maintain knowledge of current industry best practices and trends. Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Support team members in executing transactions and operational duties.
• Possess excellent communicate skills. Competent with digital tools, with interest in new and emerging technologies.
• Financial acumen, understands the short-term routine needs of to achieve and maintain sales, margins, and inventory targets for existing customers and expand sales to new customers. Some routine operational support.
