We are looking for an Operations Manager for our Mallaig facility. 

The operations manager will be in charge of the intake of fertilizer and crop protection products as well as the loadout. We run a large fertilizer delivery fleet and two floaters. We have an exceptional spring rush and a very diverse customer base. We are unique in that 100% of our products go out in spring, a strong logistics coordinator is a must. 

The operations manager will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance as well as a few exciting new building projects. Some experience in fertilizer or grain handling facilities is a must. 

The operations manager will be responsible for administering safety training as well as AWSA audits. We'd also like someone to maintain the standards set out by Transportation Canada for our fleet of trucks. 

Overall, we are looking for a well polished individual who is meticulous and plans well. Experience in the industry is a must. We have a state of the art facility and very good equipment. We have an extraordinary customer base and want to service them well.
